Since 2005, the family behind Ixtapa has been bringing authentic Mexican flavors to Lunenburg, Massachusetts. What started as a dream to share the recipes of their hometown in Guerrero, Mexico became a community landmark — over 20 years and counting.
Every dish is rooted in generations of tradition. Our mole negro simmers for two full days using 28 ingredients. Our salsas are fire-roasted each morning. Our tortillas are pressed by hand. No shortcuts, no freezers, no compromises.
